MINIMAT-EC Servo screwdriver spindle, in connection with the sequence controller AST40, enables free programming of the screw-tightening process and offers maximum flexibility und process reliability. Within the performance range of each spindle, parameters such as torque, speed, waiting period and rotational direction can all be individually customized to the fastening task.
The integrated torque and angle sensor module employs contactless signal transmission techniques and enables precise control of the screwdriving process. As well as the documentation of the screwdriving results and process parameters, it also ensures the highest shut-off accuracy. The EC-Servo screwdriver is suitable for applications with the most demanding quality requirements – where direct measurement and control methods are required.
The brushless EC-motors are the prerequisite for the maintenance-free operation without wear parts. This screwdriver provides outstanding dynamics and high peak torques – ideal for the tightening of screws.
To operate this electronic fixtured spindle, the sequence controller AST40 with integrated power supply is used. The sequence controller already contains ready-to-use base programs for common tightening processes, so that the start-up requires only a couple of steps. Moreover, the sequence controller AST40 can easily be integrated with your host PLC.
Comprehensive software add-on modules allow both data acquisition and graphical display for statistical processing and screw-joint analysis.
