Capable of not only driving screws but also adjusting components, DEPRAG's MICROMAT pneumatic handheld screwdriver series operates in the torque range 2 Ncm (3 in-oz) to 70 Ncm (6.2 in-lb).
The extraordinary construction quality of the slender MICROMAT driver, as well as its ability to sustain heavy use in a multitude of industrial environments, assures extremely high uptime.
The MICROMAT achieves its high torque-accuracy through the proven principle of the DEPRAG disengagement- and shut-off clutch. This special clutch design enables our screwdrivers to achieve extremely high torque accuracy, in many cases ≤ 3% of the standard deviation, kept constant over millions of cycles. DEPRAG pneumatic screwdrivers with a shut-off clutch operated at suitable surrounding conditions achieve a Cmk value ≥ 1.67 with a tolerance requirement of 15% in relation to six Sigma (per ISO 5393). A Cmk value of 1.67 translates to a failure rate of only 0.6 per one million fastening cycles.
The ergonomic design of the housing allows nearly fatigue-proof operation, even with continuous use.

Our ESD Screwdrivers are especially designed for the operation in electrostatic-exposed areas and where an ESD-safe assembly is required (specifications according to EN 100 015).
The supplied electrically conductive air supply hose allows a simple, direct, and grounded connection, without the need for an additional cable connection. Between the air hose for the tool and the main air outlet, an insulating connector with a resistance of 1 MΩ (available as an optional item) can be installed.
